1. 服務對象與帳號取得 / Service Scope and Account Provision

本 App 僅提供予三和機電工業股份有限公司授權客戶使用，帳號由管理員人工建立，無公開註冊功能。 This App is provided only to authorized Sanho customers. Accounts are provisioned by the administrator with no public self‑registration.

如需帳號，請聯絡公司管理員或專案窗口，由管理員審核後建立。 To obtain access, contact the company administrator or your project representative. Accounts are created after administrator approval.

2. 我們蒐集的資料 / Data We Collect

使用者識別碼（User ID）：登入帳號名稱。
User ID: the login account name.
裝置識別碼（Device ID）：推播通知所需，例如 APNs/FCM token。
Device ID: required for push notifications, such as APNs/FCM tokens.

我們不會蒐集姓名、Email、位置、聯絡人、照片或付款資訊。

We do not collect names, email addresses, location, contacts, photos, or payment information.

3. 帳號提供與好友／設備名單 / Account Provisioning & Friend/Device List

帳號由管理員提供；使用者不可自行註冊。登入後，伺服器會維護該帳號與授權設備（或好友）的綁定關係，僅用於推播目標管理與存取控制；我們不會公開或出售此名單。

Accounts are provisioned by the administrator; self‑registration is not available. After login, the server maintains the association between your account and authorized equipment (or friends) solely for push‑target management and access control. We do not disclose or sell this list.

4. 資料使用目的 / Purpose of Data Use

身分驗證與授權。
Authentication and authorization.
推播通知。
Push notifications.
服務安全與維運。
Service security and maintenance.

我們不使用資料進行廣告、行銷或行為分析；已停用 Analytics/Crashlytics/Performance。

We do not use data for advertising, marketing, or behavioral analytics; Analytics/Crashlytics/Performance are disabled.

5. 第三方服務 / Third‑Party Services

本 App 使用 Apple APNs 與/或 Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) 作為推播管道，相關伺服器可能位於境外。

This App uses Apple APNs and/or Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) for push delivery. Related servers may be located outside your region.

6. 資料分享與國際傳輸 / Sharing & International Transfers

除依法或為完成推播必要外，不會將資料出售、出租或提供予無關第三方。於委外（如雲端主機或訊息傳遞供應商）之必要範圍內，僅提供最小資料並要求保密。

We do not sell, rent, or disclose your data to unrelated third parties except as required by law or to complete push delivery. For outsourcing (e.g., hosting or messaging providers), only minimal data is shared under confidentiality obligations.

7. 保存期間 / Retention

使用者識別碼：帳號有效期間內保存；停用或刪除時依程序移除或去識別化。
User ID: retained while the account is active; removed or de‑identified upon deactivation or deletion.
裝置識別碼：推播功能所需期間保存；登出、重裝或撤回通知權限時移除或更新。
Device ID: retained while push is needed; removed or updated upon sign‑out, reinstall, or revoking notification permission.

8. 資料安全 / Security

我們採用合理的技術與組織措施（例如 HTTPS/TLS、存取控制與稽核）保護資料；然網路傳輸或電子儲存無法保證百分之百安全。

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (e.g., HTTPS/TLS, access controls, and auditing) to protect data; however, no method is 100% secure.

9. 您的權利 / Your Rights

您得依適用法規行使查詢、閱覽、製給複本、補充更正、停止處理或利用、刪除等權利；請依下方聯絡方式與我們聯繫。

Subject to applicable laws, you may request access, copies, rectification, restriction, or deletion of your data. Contact us below.

10. 兒少保護 / Children

本服務非以兒童為對象提供。如為監護人且認為兒童不當提供資料，請與我們聯繫。

This service is not directed to children. If you are a guardian and believe a child has provided data, please contact us.

11. 使用規範 / Acceptable Use

不得嘗試未經授權之存取或干擾服務；帳號僅限授權客戶本人使用，不可轉讓。
Unauthorized access or interference is prohibited; accounts are for authorized customer use only and are non‑transferable.
